I was the last person on the show in the end (though there were still about 20 people waiting) so it was late when I went to collect my bag. Other people were also in there gathering their things. I went to get my glasses yesterday from my bag only they weren’t there (I only use them for computer use/reading). I definitely put them in my bag and haven’t had them since the green room. I’m pretty sure they were stolen. Although prescription glasses, they cost around £300 and the lenses could always be taken out. Are the production company or studios responsible for compensating me for this? Or am I going to have to save up money again (they took me 5 months of eye strain to save up for). I know they’re only glasses but I’m very upset about it. Thank you.

I couldn’t reset it or anything because the was no software on it. I really need a set top box that records and has time-shift and all the bells and whistles(okay I want it I don’t need it). I am low on money so if I could fix this one that would be great. Its just freeview. theres no extra channels (other than GO, seven Mate, etc(australian channels) and such) or anything that I need to pay for
the thing was updating for over an hour so I definately had to turn it off. I thought it was going to over heat or something and it was definately %100 mine not leased or stolen or anything.
